Returns

 

We are confident that you will love our products, however, if for any reason you wish to return something, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. 
We will refund any item you are not happy with providing you return the item to us in its original condition within 5 working days of receiving your order. Please note: returns postage is not covered by us.
If an item is returned to us that has clear signs of wear, it will be sent back to you and you will not receive a refund. This includes the garment label removed, makeup/fake tan marks and strong odours or perfume on the garment.

Sale items are not refundable nor are they exchangeable.
 
 
 Return Instructions

1. Please package up the unwanted item(s) in the original condition with labels still attached.

2. Please notify us of your return. You have the option to opt for a refund or exchange for a different size/colour.
Exchanges cannot be guaranteed and are dependent on the availability of stock, where possible an exchange will be provided.

3. Please label your parcel with the below address and print off the returns form below where possible and enclose in your parcel alternatively you can notify us of your return by email. Our email address is

 We recommend using a tracked service and keep the proof of postage until you receive your refund. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and the original cost will not be refunded.
Refunds can take up to 7 days to process. 

4. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund had been processed.

Before you return your item please send a message to noosaboutique@gmail.com informing us that you will be returning an item, this way we know to expect to receive the parcel.

 

Exchanges 
We will endeavour to exchange/replace your item at your request.
Please send a message to noosaboutique@gmail.com explaining  the reason for the exchange and return the item To the returns address.
If the item was a gift when purchased you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.


All items are subject to a strict quality control inspection before being dispatched therefore we will refuse liability for any issues based on the quality of an item upon arrival.


Pierced Jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
